THPL has come out with Subplate Mounted Flow Control Valve for industrial/mobile application. The valve is a has a CETOP3 interface and is a parts in body type concept. This valve is 1:1 replacement for the present valve 2FRM valves manufactured by Bosch Rexroth in India. The valve can withstand up to 350 bar pressure and accurately controls the flow. This is independent of changes in viscosity or change of the differential pressure. Various flow ranges from 200 ml/min to 25 lpm are available. However considering Indian demand only a few are available from the shelf. This valve is extremely useful in machine tool industry and in blow moulding industry. A special system with check valve for free return flow can be incorporated. Additionally, we can also give rapid feed system by using a solenoid valve. The flow adjustment is by knob and we also can give you a knob with lock and key for very safe operation. Should it be necessary, a rectifier bridge consisting of four chek cartridges could be developed. The valve consists of a throttle and a pressure reducing hydrostat. The hydrostat is manufactured on CNC grinding machine and honed on precision honing machining. This controls the clearance between mating part to optimal minimum. This improves the working of the valves.
